2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Flimize maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts subject to multiple valid notices will be reviewed and may be terminated without refund.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents material as infringing may be liable for damages.
